About #28 - Poppy

Poppy and his siblings (Daisy, Buddy and Poppy) were found living under a backyard shed with their feral mom. They were born in the spring, and aptly named after flowers!

With his sleek, striking profile, Poppy could be mistaken for one of King Tut’s cherished feline companion. But beneath his majestic appearance is the sweetest cuddle bug you’ll ever meet. Pick him up, and he’ll melt into your arms as his thunderous purr fills the room.

The white tuft of fur on Poppy’s chest is known as a “locket”. During the Middle Ages, people believed these distinctive white patches were the “touch of an angel,” making them a symbol of good fortune.

Poppy was the largest kitten in his litter, but don’t let his xl size fool you. This gentle giant is still very much a kitten at heart, happily making muffins in his fluffy bed and soaking up every bit of love and attention he can get.
